GREAT OPPORTUNITY AWAITS
This is an opportunity to be part of innovative projects that are helping reshape how care is delivered across the Gold Coast.
As a Project Officer, you will work alongside health professionals, community organisations, government stakeholders and people with lived experience to deliver initiatives that support people to age well, access quality palliative care, and remain connected to their communities.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating projects, facilitating discussions, solving problems and turning ideas into action. You will thrive if you are organised, proactive, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders and passionate about improving health outcomes for the community.

Working with internal teams, health care providers, partner organisations, consumers, carers and broader community stakeholders, you will assist in coordinating project activities, supporting community engagement activities, monitoring performance measures, preparing reports and recommendations, facilitating stakeholder consultation, engagement and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
A key focus of this role is supporting the delivery of the Greater Choice for At Home Palliative Care Program.
