About the Role-
This role will manage a portfolio of G Force’s Key Clients, analysing weekly/monthly KPI data and developing the client’s business. You will be required to fulfil the responsibilities of developing strong relationships with the customers, connecting with key business executives and assisting in the development of new business opportunities. This position works closely and reports to the General Manager.
Account Management
- Take ownership and fulfill account management responsibilities.
- Develop and implement client account growth strategy including pursuit meetings, goals and targets.
- Responsible to analyse raw data, manipulate, cleanse and process data and show insight on findings.
- Reporting to the General Manager
- Maintaining and updating reports on Excel
- Responsible for performing data driven growth analytics for building top line updates
- Working with a solution mindset
- Passionate for interacting with clients to understand their business needs, challenges and existing issues.
Operations & Customer Service
- Obtain an in-depth understanding of client’s objectives and needs and/or gain a better understanding of the client(s) via knowledge/outside sources (media, annual reports etc) and join in with face-to-face interaction with the client
- Work closely with the staff to represent the client and provide continuity of service for accounts and to leverage customer successes and resolve issues effectively
About You
To apply for this role, you will have previous client relationship management experience. You must be comfortable in communicating with senior management teams both internally and externally. Ideally you will have managed accounts within FMCG, retail, hardware or manufacturing markets.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, retail or equivalent
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Advance Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
