About the Role

A unique opportunity to join our dynamic team, as a Hybrid Merchandiser specialising in providing services to independent retailers and the hardware sector.

As a vital member of our hybrid team, you will focus your efforts to supporting Bunnings and our independent retailers. Ideally you will have a strong customer service background with a professional, friendly manner and the ability to problem solve.

Looking for a Full-Time worker in Frankston and surrounding suburbs within the City of Bayside.

Skills and Experience

• Professional service and presentation
• Can do attitude and solid work ethic.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with all members of the community
• Work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and well-presented
• Merchandising experience highly regarded.
• Physically fit and healthy, this is an active role which involves a lot of walking and at times can involve heavy lifting.

Daily Duties

• Merchandising, cleaning displays and ordering product in stores for several of our key clients.
• Building relationships and promoting our clients’ products with team members in store.
• Setting up new client displays.
• Providing reporting and completing surveys on behalf of our clients

Key Requirements

• Current New Zealand driver’s license
• Smart Phone
• Reliable Car
• Capacity to lift approximately 15kg independently, willingness to engage in two-person lifts, and adaptability to changing shelving heights. Please note that this position may involve physical exertion.

Full Time position available.

On the Job training will be provided, and competitive hourly rates, with the opportunity for career growth.
