Summary:

The Sales Facilitator plays a crucial role in driving sales performance within the manufacturing and production sector. This position is responsible for supporting the sales team by providing essential resources, training, and guidance to enhance productivity and achieve sales targets. The Sales Facilitator will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure alignment and foster a culture of continuous improvement, ultimately contributing to the company’s growth and success in the Australian market.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet organisational goals.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure sales materials are up-to-date and effective.
  • Facilitate regular sales meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or facilitation role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
