Based in Olympic Park or Goulburn, we are seeking a motivated Junior C# Developer with a focus on AWS and DevOps to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing and production industry. This role is essential for supporting our software development initiatives and enhancing our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive efficiency and productivity within our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong foundational knowledge of C# and .NET, ideally .NET8
  • Experience with or exposure to ASP .NET Core MVC, web applications and APIs
  • Understanding of AWS environments, ideally including EC2, Lambda and Step Functions
  • Interest in developing DevOps skills, including application monitoring, deployment, troubleshooting and performance
  • Basic understanding of SQL Server and the ability to write or learn SQL queries
  • Familiarity with JavaScript / jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML and CSS
  • Comfortable supporting and improving an existing internal business application
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to investigate application, database and infrastructure issues
  • Understanding of Fit, GitHub and software development practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with C# programming and .NET framework.
  • Familiarity with AWS services and cloud computing concepts.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
