Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our team during school hours in Brisbane. This role is essential for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the team.
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executives.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are up to date.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A relevant qualification in administration or business is preferred.
