Summary:

The Demand Generation and Marketing Adviser plays a crucial role in driving the marketing strategy for our IT services in Australia. This position is responsible for developing and executing demand generation campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and a passion for technology, ensuring our marketing efforts align with business objectives and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and conversion.
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise results.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience in demand generation, partner marketing, or business development marketing. Preferably within the technology consulting, enterprise software, professional services, SaaS or supply chain/logistics industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing activities to business growth outcomes.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and project co-ordination skills.

Desirable

  • Experience within Supply Chain, Business Spend, Logistics, Enterprise Technology, or Systems Integration environments.
  • Exposure to SAP, Coupa, ServiceNow, Blue Yonder, Softeon, Cario, Workato or related enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Previous experience supporting consulting or professional services sales teams.
  • Experience coordinating partner-led events and campaigns.
