You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, focusing on client relationships, maintenance coordination, and tenancy management, while being supported by a dedicated leasing and administration team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a residential property portfolio in line with legislation and company procedures
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with approved contractors
• Conduct routine inspections and follow up on required actions
• Manage rent reviews, arrears, and end-of-lease processes
• Work closely with the leasing team who handle all leasing activities
• Utilise administrative support for compliance, documentation, and file management
