We’re currently seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers to join our team in Newcastle, Mayfield East & Wickham.
Evening shifts available:
Mayfield East
Newcastle
- Thursday: 5:30 pm -7:30 pm
Wickham
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 7:00 pm -9:30 pm
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll provide personalized, high-intensity support within clients’ homes, including:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Transfers, hoist use and mobility support
- Bladder, bowel and catheter care
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Household tasks and domestic support
- Community access using the client’s vehicle
- Completing daily progress notes

To join our team, you’ll need
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Prior work reference
- Excellent English communication skills
- A caring, professional and dependable approach

- Flexibility to work short split shifts is essential.
- All successful applicants complete a paid 3-day induction in Lidcombe.
