About the Role

Are you the kind of person who makes people feel welcome the moment they walk through the door? Join our Customer Support Team as our Front Desk/Reception Consultant and be the face and voice of BrightSky Australia! In this varied and rewarding role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, in person, over the phone and via email.
  • Sign in visitors/contractors and maintain log.
  • Take and accurately process customer orders through our Point of Sale (POS) system – SAP.
  • Coordinate with finance, warehouse and the wider Customer Support team to ensure orders are completed on time.
  • Complete the picking, fulfillment, and despatch of sample orders.
  • Assist in the management of internal monthly PPE & Donation orders.
  • Manage front-of-house duties including mail, banking/EFTPOS reconciliation, visitor sign-in and office supplies.

What We’re Looking For

We are ready to support the right candidate to excel in this role, but we’re looking for:

  • Genuine passion for customer service and a professional, welcoming manner.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when processing orders and payments.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced front-of-house environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable handling cash, EFTPOS and basic reconciliation tasks.
  • Previous experience in reception, front desk, customer service or order processing highly regarded.
  • Experience using POS or order management systems, and product knowledge of medical consumables, are a plus.
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and pre-employment health questionnaire.
  • Full Australian Work Rights.

  • Permanent Full Time, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm from our Newington office (reception hours – this role is based onsite).
  • Full training provided to set you up for success.
