About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy team member to join Flight Risk — the fastest-growing Australian e-bike brand built around performance, style, and unforgettable customer experiences.

Retail experience is a big plus, but what really matters is your attitude. If you bring great energy, connect easily with people, and genuinely enjoy helping customers, you’ll fit right in. Passion for bikes or tech helps – but we can teach that. We can’t teach good vibes.

This is a full-time role (38 hours per week), working across a Monday–Sunday roster.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong customer service or retail experience (preferred)
• High energy and a positive, can-do attitude
• Confidence speaking with customers and guiding them to the right product
• A team-first mindset and willingness to get stuck in
• Reliability and flexibility across a 7-day roster
