About the Opportunity
Due to seasonal demand, Pacific Blue Produce is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as casual Production Team Members across a range of skill sets, with comprehensive training provided to ensure a strong understanding of our quality and performance standards. In this role, you will report directly to the Production Manager and Production Supervisor.
Production
As a team member in Production, your tasks may include:
- Packing: Preparing and packing produce to meet customer specifications
- General additional tasks: May include cleaning, machinery operation, and more
Core capabilities of successful candidates
We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and capable of performing repetitive tasks with a high level of attention to detail. Successful candidates will be physically fit, able to follow instructions accurately, and work well as part of a team. A functional level of verbal and written English is also required to ensure safe and effective communication in the workplace.
