About the Role

We’re looking for a talented mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and create high-quality creative assets across a wide range of channels.

Working closely with our Design Lead, you’ll bring briefs to life from concept through to final delivery, producing everything from campaign assets and brochures to presentations, digital advertising, social content and sales materials. You’ll play an important role in helping maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence across all customer touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on design work, has strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the business and continue developing your skills within a supportive team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves great design craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing creative thinking with high-volume production. No two weeks will look the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact across the organisation.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create digital and print assets across a range of marketing channels.
  • Produce campaign collateral, social content, presentations, brochures and sales materials.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative work.
  • Adapt creative assets for different formats, audiences and channels.
  • Collaborate with the Design Lead and Marketing team on engaging visual communications.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare artwork for production and publication.
  • Contribute creative ideas that communicate information clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain shared design assets, templates and marketing resources.

About You

You’re a creative and detail-oriented designer who enjoys creating effective work across both digital and print channels. You take pride in getting the details right, are open to feedback and enjoy working collaboratively with others.

You’ll bring:

  • 3 + years’ experience in graphic design, visual communication or a similar role.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work.
  • Great working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience using Figma and confidence working with Canva.
  • Solid typography, layout and visual communication skills.
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with different stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for developing your design skills.
