About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded and highly strategic Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of our digital acquisition ecosystem and drive qualified growth across both Member and Helper audiences.
This is a hands-on individual contributor leadership role where you’ll develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate demand, improve lead quality and accelerate business growth. You’ll oversee everything from performance marketing, search optimisation and media planning through to lead funnel optimisation, reporting and experimentation.
Working closely with marketing, sales and digital stakeholders, you’ll use data, insights and creativity to uncover new opportunities, challenge conventional thinking and continuously improve results. What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and owning Five Good Friends’ digital marketing strategy to support growth objectives.
- Leading performance and full funnel digital marketing activities across search, social, display, video and broader digital channels.
- Driving search performance through SXO opportunities (SEO, AEO, GEO).
- Identifying and scaling new acquisition channels, audiences and growth opportunities.
- Managing digital media planning, buying and agency relationships.
- Optimising lead generation and conversion funnels to improve commercial outcomes.
- Using data, analytics and insights to inform strategy and investment decisions.
- Building a culture of experimentation through ongoing testing and continuous improvement.
- Partnering with internal teams to create seamless customer journeys and exceptional digital experiences.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and AI-driven marketing opportunities.
