We’re looking for an Indigenous Employment Team Leader to lead the day-to-day delivery of Indigenous employment, mentoring and community-based programs while supporting a passionate team to achieve real outcomes for participants, employers and communities. Located at either our Maroochydore, Beenleigh, Rockhampton or Gladstone Office.
About the Role
As our Indigenous Employment Team Leader, you’ll provide leadership, guidance and operational oversight across Indigenous employment and community programs. Working closely with the General Manager, Indigenous Employment Programs, you’ll support a team of frontline staff, monitor program performance and ensure services are delivered in line with contractual, funding and organisational requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching and supporting a team to deliver quality participant outcomes
- Monitoring program performance, service delivery and compliance requirements
- Supporting staff capability through mentoring, training and ongoing guidance
- Managing complex participant, employer and stakeholder matters
- Building strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, employers and referral partners
- Reviewing program data, identifying risks and implementing improvement strategies
- Supporting workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding activities
- Contributing to program growth, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
