About the Role

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Workforce Australia team in Rockhampton.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support while promoting employment services within the community. Working closely with the Employment Services Manager and broader team, you’ll help create positive customer experiences and support the achievement of program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and front-of-house support.
  • Coordinate appointments, schedules and customer enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and gather evidence to meet compliance requirements.
  • Support achievement of contractual outcomes and KPIs.
  • Promote employment services through community engagement activities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, employers and stakeholders.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Employment Programs team.

About You

You will bring:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
  • Well-developed communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach.
  • Experience in employment services or government-funded programs is desirable but not essential.

Requirements

  • Current C Class Driver Licence.
  • Current Blue Card and Police Check (or ability to obtain one)
  • Ability to work respectfully and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
