Summary:

The Office Administration and Accounts Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of our building and construction business in Springwood, Queensland. This position is responsible for managing administrative tasks and financial records, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organisation by maintaining accurate accounts and providing excellent administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other team members as required.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration and accounts management, preferably in the building and construction industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
