About the Role:

The Account Executive- Grocery role is critical to the running of our Grocery sales function. Supporting the National Account Manager across the Personal Care & Wellness portfolio, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end forecasting process, manage trade spend and claims reporting, and keep both our internal systems and customer-facing portals up to date and accurate. Whilst this role is full time, we are open to shaping it to part time for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end forecast process for the Personal Care & Wellness portfolio, working to agreed accuracy targets
• Support the Account Manager in the planning, execution and reporting of promotional programs across key grocery customers and channels
• Manage the claims process from submission through to resolution, ensuring monthly reporting is completed accurately and on time
• Partner with Operations and Customer Logistics to monitor customer service levels, resolve supply issues and proactively flag potential risks
• Maintain FGB product data and customer portals, including submissions for new line forms, product updates and pricing documentation
• Coordinate with merchandising and broker teams to ensure in-store priorities, ranging and promotional activity are clearly communicated and executed

About you:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented FMCG professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Comfortable managing data and systems they will bring the commercial curiosity to turn numbers into insights, work well independently, communicate clearly, and know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent.

Essential experience/qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales support role, ideally within an FMCG business supporting national account management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working across key grocery accounts (Woolworths, Coles or Independents)
• Confident using market data and insights to inform forecasting and identify opportunities — experience with Circana, Quantium or Unify is a preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communicator — able to build relationships across internal teams and external customer contacts
• Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable working with a degree of autonomy
• Proficient with data management systems and customer portals
