The Opportunity

In this hands-on role, you will support our experienced installers in fitting premium stone benchtops and interior architectural features. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain on-the-job training and unparalleled industry variety by servicing South Australia’s leading kitchen renovation retailers alongside its largest residential builders.

What you will do:

• Assist in installing stone benchtops, splashbacks, and cladding to the highest standard
• Help conduct site checks to confirm layout, access, and readiness before commencing work
• Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and internal teams
• Assist in operating company vehicles and equipment safely
• Identify and report safety, quality, or maintenance issues
• Learn from industry professionals to continuously grow your skills and enhance our processes

What You Bring

• A strong eagerness to learn a new craft and build a career in joinery and stone installation
• Confidence using hand tools (experience in equivalent trades is a bonus, but not essential)
• A basic ability to read and interpret plans and drawings, or a willingness to learn
• Strong organisation, good problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail
• A proactive commitment to workplace health and safety
• A full driver’s licence (no restrictions)
• A current White Card
