Mon-Thu: 6:45 am – 3:15 pm | Fri: 6:45 am – 1:40 pm | Overtime Available | Lytton

What you’ll do

You’ll be on the factory floor doing final assembly and finishing of custom cabinetry: skilled, detail-oriented work where you’re the last set of hands before a kitchen leaves our factory.

  • Complete final assembly and finishing using hand and power tools
  • Read job sheets and production drawings accurately
  • Apply your advanced CNC and CAD/CAM skills
  • Make quality adjustments, check alignment and rework for a perfect finish before dispatch
  • Work with your team to keep production on schedule
  • Keep your area clean, safe and WHS-compliant

What you’ll bring

  • A Cabinet Making trade qualification, or solid experience in assembly and joinery fit-off
  • Confidence with cabinet-making machinery and hand and power tools
  • CNC and CAD/CAM experience (highly regarded)
  • A sharp eye for detail and pride in a premium finish
  • A problem-solving mindset: you spot defects early and get it right the first time
  • Reliability and a safety-first attitude
