  • Build strong relationships with event organisers, venues, suppliers and industry partners.
  • Prepare documentation and provide administrative support to the Event Partnerships Manager and General Manager, Event Partnerships.
  • Work collaboratively across EGC to support successful event partnerships and outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in events, sponsorship, grants or a relevant field.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of contracts, funding or sponsorship agreements.
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems; ProSpend experience is advantageous.
  • A collaborative, positive and practical approach, with a willingness to work outside standard hours when required.
