Description
ERS is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead and support our onsite security team at a metropolitan client site. This is a fixed-term position until mid-2027 with the possibility of extension.
Reporting to the Operational Services Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, supporting the onsite security team, and ensuring service delivery meets client requirements. The position works closely with internal stakeholders to support rostering, timesheet approvals, training, compliance, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the onsite security team
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and incident management
- Support employee onboarding, training and development
- Assist with rostering, timesheet approvals and workforce coordination
- Ensure compliance with company, client and legislative requirements
- Maintain effective client relationships and attend client meetings
- Prepare accurate operational and client reports
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current WA Security Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current National Police Clearance
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
