Security Officer – Perth Metro (Casual)

We are seeking security officers at all stages of their career, from those who have recently obtained their qualifications through to experienced professionals looking to grow. You’ll take ownership of your role and provide a premium service that protects our clients’ people, assets, and reputation, working confidently unsupervised or as part of a team.

We’re looking for someone professional and forward-thinking, with a strong aptitude across a varied scope of security duties. Training is provided, but we’re seeking someone able to follow security protocols and procedures while using sound initiative in their day-to-day practice.

About You

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer focused approach to service delivery
• Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to manage emotionally charged situations
• Strong understanding of security protocols
• High level of observation and situational awareness
• Ability to work collaboratively or autonomously, depending on the environment
• Ability to follow ERS and client procedures across varied site environments
• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role

Certifications & Licences

• Certificate II in Security Operations
• WA Security Licence
• Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Western Australia Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• National Police Clearance (valid within 6 months, or willing to obtain)
