Major Contracts – Pilbara Region
Are you an experienced emergency response professional ready for your next challenge? ERS is seeking skilled MESO/ESO personnel to join our team on major contracts across the Pilbara region.

You’ll play a vital role on our client’s site, covering a range of responsibilities from emergency preparedness to incident response, medical care, and emergency management.
About You
- Experience and qualifications in emergency response within mining, or a background in emergency management, fire services, defence, or a similar field
- FIFO experience highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of emergency response protocols and procedures
- Medical capability in emergency response (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Physically fit and prepared for the operational demands of the role
Qualifications
- RII30719 – Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue, OR PUA30622 – Certificate III in Public Safety
- HLT41120 – Certificate IV in Health Care (or higher) – MESO specific
- HLTPAT005 – Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing
- Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver’s Licence, to operate site fire appliances
- HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid (current within 3 years)
- HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) (current within 12 months)
- National Police Clearance
- Australian Working Rights
- Dependent onsite or projects we may require additional licenses or qualifications
