Casual Security Officer – Perth Metro & FIFO Roles Available

The Opportunity

ERS is seeking experienced Security Officers to join our Major Contracts Portfolio on a casual basis. With a growing and diverse client base we currently have a range of opportunities available, including:

• Perth Airport (Night Roster): Various roles supporting a major client, conducting patrols and general security operations
• FIFO Positions (Remote Sites): Various roles across our remote operations, including guardhouse duties, campsite and surrounds security and vehicle patrols.

Beyond these immediate opportunities, successful candidates may be considered for future casual roles and other opportunities across our broader Major Contracts portfolio as they become available.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols and general site security operations
• Maintain a visible, professional security presence on client premises
• Respond to incidents and irregularities in line with site procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders
• Uphold ERS’s high standards of professionalism and safety across Security and other environments

About You

• Proven experience in security operations, patrols, and general duties
• Cert II in Security Operations (essential)
• Current, valid Security License (essential)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (essential)
• Current C Class Driver’s License
• Availability to work rostered shifts, including nights (site dependent)
• Strong communication skills and a professional, reliable approach
