Description

Evollve Consulting are partnering with our Client – Franquette Creperie and Lucette, two Restaurants in Bowral, New South Wales to find a Reservations, Marketing and Events Coordinator. This temporary, casual position is ideal for individuals with hospitality industry experience, looking to gain administrative experience and assist in managing reservations, marketing and events coordination to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Franquette Group is home to Franquette Crêperie, Franquette Soirée (our mobile bar and event catering arm) and Lucette, our newest French eatery in the Southern Highlands. We’re looking for a Marketing, Events & Administration Coordinator to help shape the guest journey across all three — from the first enquiry to the last apéro.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, varied role that bridges guest experience, reservations, event coordination and marketing. You’ll manage reservations and group bookings, coordinate event sales from enquiry through to delivery, support our marketing calendar and content, and provide broader administrative and executive support to our Team. 

Responsibilities will include – 

  • Manage guest enquiries, reservations, group bookings and ticketed events
  • Coordinate event sales — quotes, contracts, logistics and on-the-day delivery
  • Support our marketing calendar, campaigns and content across print, digital and social
  • Provide executive and operational administrative support

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player who’s comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
