Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing P&C support to our organisation, ensuring that our people and culture initiatives align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will enjoy all facets of a generalist role, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people and culture strategies that support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on P&C policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development
  • Partner with the recruitment team to ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pool and a positive candidate experience
  • Analyse P&C metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all P&C laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in P&C, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in P&C, with a focus on business partnering
  • Strong knowledge of P&Claws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with HR systems and data analysis – we use Employment Hero
