Permanent Part-Time Receptionist

Location: Emerald, QLD

Hours: 20-25 hours per week

Pay Rate: $32-40 per hour

We’re on the hunt for a Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for our guests.

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our establishment, assisting with:

  • Front office reception and ensuring the reception area is welcoming and well presented.
  • Guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Managing bookings and handling inquiries (phone and in person).
  • Light cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring a pleasant and seamless stay for all our guests.
  • Providing great customer service.
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • General administration and office support.
  • Supporting the Village Manager with day-to-day operations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A positive and can-do attitude.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy for managing booking systems.
  • Previous administration or reception experience.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or similar roles (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
