As Park Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Mandurah community, leading the onsite team while building trusted relationships with residents, families, contractors and the broader local community.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, All Age Living & BTR, you’ll have responsibility for the performance of the park, including resident experience, occupancy, property presentation and maintenance, financial management, compliance and team leadership.

What’s the role?
No two days will look quite the same.
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operation of the park and lead the onsite grounds, maintenance, housekeeping and administration functions, while ensuring residents continue to enjoy a safe, well-maintained and connected community.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the day-to-day operations and onsite team, creating a positive, accountable environment while ensuring the park is safe, welcoming and presented to a high standard.
- Building strong relationships with residents and the local community, coordinating social activities and partnerships that strengthen engagement and belonging.
- Managing the commercial performance of the park, including budgets, P&L reporting, financial controls and maintaining occupancy above 98% through proactive occupancy and waitlist management.
- Overseeing property, maintenance and refurbishment activities, coordinating contractors and ensuring buildings, grounds and dwellings are maintained to a high standard.
- Maintaining strong safety, compliance and operational standards, responding confidently to issues and emergencies and ensuring relevant legal and regulatory requirements are met.

- Previous management experience within community living, real estate, hospitality, aged care or a comparable operational environment, with a track record of achieving results.

- Sound commercial and administrative capability, including experience with budgets, P&L reporting, financial controls and maintaining accurate operational records.
- Experience overseeing property operations, including maintenance, contractors, presentation standards and ideally refurbishment or occupancy activities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with strong communication, judgement and problem-solving skills and the ability to respond confidently when priorities or circumstances change.
