Are you a hands-on operational leader who knows how to bring together great customer service, strong commercial performance and a genuine sense of community?

We’re looking for an experienced Park Manager to lead our Frenchview community.

This is a varied, hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the park, lead the onsite team, build strong relationships with residents and guests, and ensure the community continues to perform commercially while presenting to a high standard.

As we continue to grow our portfolio nationally, we’re looking for leaders who can take genuine ownership of their communities while being supported by an experienced Regional Manager and broader Support Office team.

What’s the role?

Reporting to the Regional Manager, All Age Living & BTR, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operation of Frenchview and lead the onsite grounds, maintenance, housekeeping and administration functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting the onsite team to deliver a consistently high standard of service and presentation
  • Building strong relationships with residents and creating opportunities for connection through events and community engagement
  • Managing budgets, financial performance and P&L while identifying opportunities to improve commercial outcomes
  • Driving occupancy above 98%, maintaining waitlists and maximising opportunities across the community
  • Building relationships with local businesses, community groups and corporate partners, including opportunities for large group bookings
  • Overseeing maintenance, grounds and refurbishment activities to ensure the property is presented and maintained to a high standard
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety and legal requirements and responding confidently to operational issues and emergencies

The role combines resident and community engagement, operational and financial management, compliance, property management and occupancy responsibility.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll enjoy:

  • Permanent full-time employment
  • Attractive base salary, plus up to 15% Park Manager Incentive
  • Take ownership of a diverse and hands-on park management role
  • Lead and develop an established onsite team
  • Make a genuine impact on resident experience and the wider community
  • Work closely with your Regional Manager and specialist teams across Eureka
  • Join a growing national organisation with opportunities for continued professional development and career progression

What’s it like working for Eureka?

No two days as Park Manager are likely to look exactly the same.

You could start the morning checking in with your team and reviewing maintenance priorities, spend part of the day working through occupancy or financial performance, connect with residents or guests in the afternoon, and finish by planning an upcoming community event or speaking with a local business about a potential group booking.

You’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of your community while having the support and resources of the broader Eureka team behind you.

Is this role right for you?

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Bring experience from real estate, property, hospitality management, aged care or a similar operational environment
  • Have demonstrated experience leading and motivating an onsite or operational team
  • Are commercially minded and comfortable working with budgets, financial controls, reporting and performance targets
  • Have strong relationship-building skills and genuinely enjoy engaging with residents, guests and community stakeholders
  • Are organised, solutions-focused and confident balancing multiple operational priorities
  • Understand the importance of property presentation, maintenance, safety and compliance
  • Can work autonomously, make sound decisions and take ownership when unexpected issues arise
  • Are comfortable with administration, systems and maintaining accurate records and reporting

Above all, you’ll be someone who enjoys being visible, approachable and hands-on while creating an environment where residents, guests and employees feel welcomed and supported.
