Role Type
Description
- Permanent Full-Time
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a thriving community while creating an exceptional experience for residents
- Combine people leadership, commercial management and community engagement in a hands-on leadership role
Are you an experienced operational leader who enjoys being close to your team, building relationships and taking genuine ownership of a community?
Join Eureka Villages as our Park Manager in Geraldton (Sunset Beach Holiday Park) and lead the day-to-day operation of one of our all-age living communities.
We’re looking for someone who can balance the commercial and operational requirements of running a successful park with what matters most: creating a safe, welcoming and well-managed community where residents feel genuinely at home.
Why Eureka?
At Eureka Villages, we believe community living is about more than providing accommodation. We create welcoming communities where people feel safe, connected and genuinely at home.
As our organisation continues to grow nationally, our Park Managers are at the heart of our communities. They’re visible, hands-on leaders who build relationships with residents, develop their teams and take ownership of the operational and financial performance of their park.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, All Age Living & BTR, you’ll lead our onsite team across grounds, maintenance, housekeeping and administration while working closely with Eureka’s broader Operations and Support Office teams.
Guided by our values of Putting People First, Embracing the Challenge, Committing and Following Up, Acting with Purpose and Building Belonging, you’ll have the autonomy to lead your community while being supported by a growing national organisation.
What’s the role?
This is a genuinely hands-on management position.
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the park, balancing resident experience and team leadership with occupancy, financial performance, property presentation and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the park, managing and developing the onsite team while ensuring the community remains safe, welcoming and presented to a high standard.
- Building strong relationships with residents and the local community, responding to concerns, creating opportunities for engagement and fostering a genuine sense of belonging.
- Taking ownership of commercial performance, including budgets, P&L, financial controls and initiatives to maximise occupancy and maintain a strong resident pipeline.
- Overseeing property, maintenance and refurbishment activities, coordinating priorities and ensuring buildings, grounds and community facilities are maintained to a high standard.
- Maintaining strong safety, compliance and operational standards, responding confidently to issues and emergencies and ensuring relevant policies and regulatory requirements are consistently followed.
What’s in it for you?
At Eureka, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset.
You’ll enjoy:
- Permanent full-time employment in Geraldton
- Genuine ownership of your park and the opportunity to influence how your community operates
- Support from an experienced Regional Manager and Eureka’s national Support Office teams
- A varied leadership role spanning people, operations, property, financial performance and resident experience
- The opportunity to grow your career as Eureka continues to expand its national portfolio
What’s it like working for Eureka?
No two days are the same.
You might start your morning checking in with your team and walking the park, before meeting a prospective resident, reviewing occupancy and financial performance, following up a maintenance project or helping resolve a resident concern.
You’ll need to be equally comfortable having a conversation with a resident, coaching an employee, reviewing the numbers and rolling up your sleeves when something unexpected happens.
At Eureka, our Park Managers aren’t managing from a distance. You’re the leader people see, know and rely on within the community.
Is this role right for you?
We’re looking for someone who combines strong operational and commercial capability with a genuine ability to connect with people.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience leading operations within property, accommodation, hospitality, real estate, aged care or another community-focused environment
- Demonstrated people leadership capability, with experience motivating, developing and managing an operational team
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including exposure to budgets, P&L, occupancy, revenue or broader business performance
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to work effectively with residents, employees, contractors and community stakeholders
- A practical, organised and solutions-focused leadership style, with sound administration, compliance and problem-solving capability.
You don’t necessarily need to come from a residential park environment. We’re interested in experienced leaders with the right combination of people leadership, commercial thinking and hands-on operational management who can bring those capabilities into Eureka.
