At Eureka Villages, we’re passionate about creating communities where people feel at home. As one of Australia’s leading providers of independent living communities, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping people find a welcoming place to call home.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer and Operations Support Officer to join our national Leasing team. If you enjoy talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love providing outstanding customer service over the phone, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Why Eureka?
At Eureka, our values shape everything we do.
We Put People First. We Embrace the Challenge. We Commit and Follow Up. We Act with Purpose. We Build Belonging.
When you join Eureka, you’ll become part of a purpose-driven organisation where your work genuinely makes a difference. Every conversation you have helps someone take the next step towards finding a safe, welcoming community to call home.
What’s the Role?
As our Customer and Operations Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, managing enquiries from initial phone call through to move-in.
This is a predominantly phone-based role, with much of your day spent speaking with prospective residents, answering questions, qualifying enquiries, coordinating village tours, and supporting customers throughout their leasing journey. Working closely with Village Managers across Australia, you’ll help deliver a professional, caring and seamless customer experience.
You’ll also:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound enquiries
- Coordinate village tours and resident move-ins
- Conduct resident suitability interviews
- Build strong relationships with Village Managers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate occupancy, leasing and CRM records
- Prepare occupancy reports and leasing updates
- Draft resident correspondence and provide administrative support
- Assist with community networking and promotional activities as required
What’s in It for You?
This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team where collaboration, support and customer service are at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll enjoy:
- Hybrid working arrangements after your initial onboarding and training
- A modern Brisbane Support Office
- Complimentary breakfast each morning
- A supportive team environment where everyone works together towards shared goals
- The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians every day
What’s it Like Working at Eureka?
No two days are the same. You’ll spend your day connecting with people, supporting prospective residents and their families, collaborating with Village Managers across the country, and helping create positive experiences from the very first enquiry.
If you’re someone who enjoys building rapport over the phone, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and loves working in a busy, people-focused environment, you’ll feel right at home at Eureka.
Is This Role Right for You?
We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking with people and is comfortable spending most of their day on the phone.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience in a contact centre, customer service, enquiries, reservations, leasing or similar high-volume phone-based role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience within seniors living, retirement living or the property sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.
