At Eureka Villages, we’re looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to help maintain our village while providing exceptional support to our residents.

What’s the role?
Every day is different.
You’ll be responsible for helping maintain the presentation, safety and day-to-day operation of the village while acting as a trusted point of contact for residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the presentation of the village, grounds and shared facilities
- Completing routine site inspections and identifying maintenance or safety concerns
- Assisting with minor maintenance and repair tasks
- Providing friendly support to residents and responding to enquiries
- Helping ensure the village remains safe, secure and welcoming
- Liaising with contractors and reporting maintenance requirements
- Supporting the Village Manager with the smooth day-to-day operation of the community

Is this role right for you?
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, practical and takes pride in their work.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience in caretaking, facilities, grounds maintenance, maintenance or a similar hands-on role
- Basic maintenance and repair skills
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A commitment to maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment
- A current driver’s licence (preferred)
