- Previous admin/reception experience, ideally in a holiday park, tourist park, motel, or residential village industry.
- Experience managing motel/holiday/annual bookings, reservations, and guest check-ins/check-outs.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with accurate data entry; property management system experience (RMS Cloud 9+).

Are you organised, personable and confident running a busy front office? We’re looking for a Part – time Administration Officer to join our team at Eureka Nagambie. Located around 140km north of Melbourne, our park is a vibrant mixed community of land-lease homes, rental homes, annual sites and motel rooms. Working closely with the Park Manager, you’ll help deliver smooth, seamless services for residents, holiday guests and visitors alike.

What’s the role?
Reporting to the Park Manager and working closely with onsite staff, contractors and our Support Office, you’ll help keep the park office running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Park Manager with daily administration, including inbox management, scheduling and correspondence
- Handling motel, holiday and annual site bookings, reservations, check-ins and check-outs
- Maintaining accurate resident and park records through timely, accurate data entry
- Preparing documentation for our Support Office, including leasing and home sales paperwork
- Helping plan and promote community events and activities
- Managing office supplies, mail and deliveries, and keeping reception organised and welcoming
- Following WHS procedures and supporting emergency response plans
- Engaging warmly and professionally with residents, guests and their families

Is this role right for you?
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous experience in an administrative or reception role, ideally within a holiday park, tourist park, motel or residential village
- Have experience with a Property Management System, with RMS Cloud 9+ highly regarded
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with accurate data entry skills
- Are confident working independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
- Communicate clearly and warmly, both in writing and in person
- Handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
- Hold a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience (preferred)
