At Essence Project Management, we’re seeking a skilled, motivated, and organised Project Manager with the initiative and professionalism to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or similar with a demonstrated 3-5 years’ experience in the project and development management space.
You will have strong experience working with teams and will bring consistent, high-quality delivery of project outcomes and exceptional experiences for every stakeholder. You’ll bring your project management skills, joining our growing Melbourne team, delivering great results through teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.

The Opportunity
This is your chance to take ownership of projects end-to-end, from concept and design through to completion. You’ll work across various phases of the development life cycle, giving you the opportunity to diversify and grow. In this role, you’ll:
- Lead project delivery — managing scope, budgets, schedules, and risk.
- Drive design coordination, stakeholder engagement, and contract performance.
- Ensure compliance, quality, and governance standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years’ experience in client-side project management.
- Previous background working with a Project Management firm, Contractor or Developer.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and organised approach to work.
- Passion for innovation, quality, and sustainable project delivery
