Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding aluminium and be able to work with precision and attention to detail. The Fabricator will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, cutting and shaping materials, and assembling finished products. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications
• Cut, shape, and assemble aluminium using a variety of tools and equipment
• Weld, solder, or braze components together to create finished products
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment or materials
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Knowledge of welding, soldering, and brazing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills
