About the Role

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Tug Masters and Mates with proven expertise in ASD Tug operations.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re interested in professionals with solid towage industry experience and the following qualifications and skills:

• Master <45m Near Coastal (NC) (essential)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Tug Master in similar operations
• Strong operational background with ASD/Tractor Tugs
• Leadership and team collaboration skills
• A proactive commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental best practices
• Experience in administering and participating in drills and training as per port and maritime standards
• Ability to work effectively with port operations teams
