The role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Product Manager to lead our OHNS portfolio, with a primary focus on Laryngology.

You will take ownership of developing and executing product strategies that drive growth, profitability and market expansion. Working closely with sales, marketing, regulatory, operations, finance and our global manufacturing partners, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our OHNS business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution while working alongside leading surgeons and healthcare professionals across Australia. This is a national role, with flexibility for the successful candidate to be based in Sydney (NSW), Melbourne (VIC), or Brisbane (QLD).

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute strategic product plans to drive revenue growth and market share across the OHNS portfolio.
  • Evaluate new product opportunities and lead successful product launches, including positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, manufacturers and industry partners.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Operations and Finance to deliver successful product outcomes.
  • Lead product lifecycle management, including forecasting, new product introductions, recalls, training and end-of-life planning.
  • Support and mentor the national OHNS sales team through product training, clinical education and customer engagement.
  • Represent Endotherapeutics at conferences, workshops and industry events across Australia.

About you

  • 5+ years’ Product Management experience in the medical device industry
  • Strong experience in ENT, OHNS, Laryngology, Maxillofacial or Plastic Surgery portfolios
  • Exposure to speech pathology, allied health, outpatient, post-operative or wound care environments
  • Experience in medical devices or healthcare technology, ideally with clinician-facing products or clinical education
  • Strong understanding of patient pathways and outcomes, with ability to translate clinical needs into solutions
  • Confidence engaging with clinicians, surgeons, speech pathologists and KOLs
  • Strong commercial acumen, including market analysis and portfolio growth Experience in product strategy, marketing or go-to-market execution
  • A customer-first, empathetic and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across clinical and internal teams
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
