Here at The Coffee Club, we’re getting ready for the most wonderful (and busiest!) time of the year and are looking for enthusiastic people to join our café teams across Brisbane. ⭐ 

We’ve got opportunities available across several locations, including Central Lakes, Chancellor Park, Redland Bay, Charlotte Street, Burpengary, and Morayfield Central. 

Who we are 

Our story began in 1989, when two friends in Brisbane couldn’t find a place to keep the conversation going, so they created one. The Coffee Club has been part of Australia’s everyday moments ever since, serving millions of loyal customers as one of Australia’s most recognised café brands. The Coffee Club is part of Minor DKL Food Group, a leading Australian retail food franchisor and the Australian subsidiary of Thai-listed Minor International PCL. 

What we’re after 

We’re looking for passionate hospitality team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering great customer experiences. 

• Baristas who know their way around an espresso machine and bring skill, speed, and consistency to every cup 
• Café Allrounders who can deliver warm service, take orders, handle transactions, and keep the café running smoothly 
• Cooks who can prepare and present quality meals while maintaining high food safety standards 

We’re looking for those with: 

• A positive, friendly, customer-first attitude 
• Hospitality experience or a genuine interest in the industry 
• Team players who bring energy, reliability, and a touch of festive spirit! 

These roles require applicants to have valid working rights in Australia, flexible availability, and a willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
