Description

From greeting guests with a smile to keeping the service flowing, our Café Allrounders, Baristas, Cooks and Shift Supervisors play a key role in creating the feel-good cafe experience The Coffee Club is known for.

With a brand-new café opening this October, you’ll have the unique opportunity to join the opening team and help shape its success from day one.

Whether you’re starting your hospitality journey, growing your café skills, or stepping into leadership, this is your chance to be part of something new with one of Australia’s most recognised café brands.

Who we are

Our story began in 1989, when two friends in Brisbane couldn’t find a spot to keep the conversation going, so they created one. The Coffee Club has been part of people’s everyday moments ever since. Today, The Coffee Club serves millions of customers every year and has grown into one of the world’s largest Australian café chains.

The Coffee Club is part of Minor DKL Food Group, a leading Australian retail food franchisor and the Australian subsidiary of the Thai-listed Minor International PCL.

What we’re after

  • Allrounders who deliver warm service, take orders, handle transactions, and keep the café running smoothly.
  • Baristas who know their way around an espresso machine and bring speed, precision, and passion to every cup.
  • Cooks who prepare and serve meals to brand standards, keeping quality and consistency at the forefront.
  • Shift Supervisors who lead by example, coach team members, communicate effectively, and create a positive team culture in a fast-paced café environment.
  • Team players who can support across front and back-of-house, maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment.
  • Customer-focused individuals who set the standard and thrive in a fast-paced café environment and create moments our guests come back for.
  • People who follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards to keep our café safe and compliant.

These roles require applicants to have working rights in Australia, flexible availability, and a willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Why you should join us

  • Join the opening team and make your mark from day one
  • Grow your hospitality skills with an iconic Australian café brand
  • Generous staff discounts & free coffee while on shift
  • Supportive team culture with hands-on training and development
  • Career progression opportunities across The Coffee Club network
