About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, energetic and highly organised Social Media & Marketing Specialist to grow ELK’s audience, engagement and sales through compelling content, creative partnerships and memorable brand experiences.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider ELK team, you’ll translate our product, design and sustainability stories into content that connects with new and existing audiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, filming, editing, scheduling and publishing content across ELK’s social channels
  • Managing influencer and creator collaborations from outreach and negotiation through to reporting
  • Growing affiliate marketing, PR, media, stylist and complementary brand partnerships
  • Briefing our paid media agency and supplying high-performing creative assets
  • Coordinating events, activations and real-time social content
  • Tracking social, influencer, affiliate, PR and paid media performance to identify growth opportunities

 

This is a full-time, hybrid role primarily based at our Preston office, with attendance at content shoots, retail activations and events as required.

What We’ll Love About You

You’re a creative and commercially minded social marketer with strong visual instincts, a genuine interest in fashion and culture, and the organisation to manage multiple priorities at pace.

  • At least four years’ experience across digital marketing, social media, content, PR or campaign delivery, ideally in fashion, retail, beauty or lifestyle
  • A strong portfolio of visual content, platform-specific copywriting and storytelling
  • Hands-on video and photo editing capability, ideally including CapCut
  • Experience managing creators, influencers, affiliates, PR or brand partnerships
  • Confidence using social scheduling and analytics tools and briefing external agencies
  • Warm relationship-building skills, commercial curiosity and a solutions-focused approach
  • A genuine connection to ELK’s conscious fashion philosophy
