This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player to join an established, dynamic and outcome led Organisation as part of our Transition to Work team! We are currently seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant: Transition to Work, who will play a key role in supporting youth into sustainable employment, apprenticeships and traineeships

By applying your highly developed customer service skills and sales experience, you will develop strong relationships with Employers and youth Participants to deliver high quality recruitment services and match Participants skills, experience and work preferences with employment opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively reverse market youth Participants to Employers aligned with their skills, experience and work preferences
  • Canvas Employers for suitable employment, apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities
  • Match and connect Employers with youth Participants to meet their workforce needs
  • Identify, develop and maintain effective Employer relationships in high demand and emerging industries
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine appropriate interventions and activities to improve Participant job readiness
