Description
- Providing expert advice on Award coverage, classification, and interpretation across multiple industries
- (experience in SCHADS is essential; Building & Construction and GRIA experience is advantageous)
- Advising on performance management, absenteeism, misconduct, and termination processes
- Supporting clients with employee disputes, redundancies, and consultation obligations
- Drafting and tailoring employment contracts to suit industry, role, and compliance requirements
- Acting as an embedded HR Manager for key clients, managing day-to-day HR queries and processes
- Reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures aligned with legislation and best practice
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment where required (this is not a core focus of the role)

You’ll bring:
- Minimum 7 years’ HR experience, ideally in consultancy or across multiple industries
- Demonstrated confidence in IR matters, particularly Award interpretation, misconduct, and compliance
- Strong SCHADS Award experience (essential)
- Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
- Excellent communication skills and confidence advising clients on complex matters
- Strong attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
