About Thrive

Since 2016, Thrive Early Learning Centres has experienced significant success and growth. We are founded by our clear vision ‘Being committed to children’s futures through creating lifelong learning experiences through a rich and stimulating learning environment where children and their families feel secure and supported’.

We currently have 12 operating centres across NSW and VIC, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age.

We are entirely Australian and privately owned and operated, employing over 300 professionals and supporting over 2,500 children.

We are looking to build on our current casual pool with educators with a completed qualifications.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A completed Certificate III or diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • A current NSW Employee Working With Children’s Check
  • Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
