Sr. Application Engineer

Work with a team of application engineers to deliver customer delight through Smartsense deployment at strategic accounts, and maximise the business through the deployment of the right application mix for a given account.

Role Purpose:

Domain Expertise for extracting Customer Intelligence and delivering Business Intelligence

Responsibilities:

• Manage key accounts to deliver CI / BI for both existing and new clients through SmartSenseTM
• Create canvas and conceptualise dashboards for new applications, ensuring a strong UI/UX design that meets customer needs and enhances user experience.
• Take responsibility for the dashboards and asset insights created for strategic accounts, extracting valuable intelligence from customers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Support internal teams in a smooth deployment of SmartSenseTM at client locations.
• Develop compelling case studies and application notes that document high-impact solutions.
• Handhold intellectual property from the domain side, continuously updating canvases and sensor information
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Hands-on knowledge of Energy Efficiency principles for commercial, industrial and data centre environments.
• Ability to narrate an improvement story through data visualisation in SmartSense
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

• Min 2 – 4 years in the Energy management field with good knowledge of reliability, Operational Excellence and Sustainability
• Hands-on knowledge of Energy Efficiency principles for commercial, industrial and data centre environments.
• Ability to narrate an improvement story through data visualisation in SmartSense
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
