Description

Overview

You’ll work across the product — from understanding problems and defining user flows to designing polished interfaces and bringing ideas to life. The product involves complex data, dashboards, alerts, workflows, and operational tools. Your job is to make that complexity feel simple.

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering, have a meaningful voice in product decisions, and own your work from concept through implementation. We’re looking for someone who cares about more than making screens look good — someone comfortable asking “Why are we building this?”, simplifying complexity, challenging assumptions, and taking an idea all the way from a rough concept to something people can actually use. Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product experiences from problem definition to launch.
  • Turn complex workflows and data into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Design flows, dashboards, data visualisations, interactions, and high-fidelity UI.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system.
  • Use AI tools to explore ideas, create functional prototypes, and build front-end experiences.
  • Apply a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end concepts — you don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable using AI-assisted tools to bring designs to life.
  • Work closely with engineers to understand constraints and ensure a high-quality implementation.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • 3–5 years of product design experience, ideally working on B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or data-heavy products.
  • Strong product thinking and UX fundamentals.
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills.
  • Strong Figma and design-system experience.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates real product work, your thinking, and your contribution — not just polished screens.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership.
  • Curious about technology and excited to use AI as part of your design and development workflow.
  • Clear, thoughtful communicator who can collaborate closely with Product and Engineering.
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of meaningful product problems from idea to execution.
