The Early Learning Hub, part of the Early Learners Of (ELO) Group, is growing and we are looking for passionate Educators and Early Childhood Teachers to join our dedicated team in Wilton.

As a full-time Educator or Early Childhood Teacher, you will help create meaningful learning experiences for children aged 0 to 5 years. You will play an important role in supporting each child’s confidence, curiosity, wellbeing and development while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

What you’ll be doing

You will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where children feel secure, supported and inspired to learn
  • Observe, document and assess children’s learning and use these insights to create meaningful, individualised experiences
  • Build warm and trusting relationships with children and families
  • Work collaboratively with a passionate team of educators and leaders
  • Contribute ideas and help continuously improve our educational programs and learning environments
  • Support the health, safety and wellbeing of every child
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

We would love to hear from applicants who have:

  • A Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education
  • A strong understanding of child development and contemporary early childhood practice
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A positive, collaborative and professional approach
  • A commitment to creating inclusive and engaging learning environments
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Current first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management qualifications, or a willingness to obtain them
  • Responsible Person experience, or an interest in developing into a leadership role

Experience in a long day care or preschool environment is highly regarded, although we also welcome applications from enthusiastic educators who are ready to grow their careers with the right support.
