Bottleshop Attendant – Cross Keys Hotel

The busy Cross Keys Hotel is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Bottleshop Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing great service and helping customers find the right products.

What you’ll get up to:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products;
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bottleshop;
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively;
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately;
• Provide information about products and promotions; and
• Support team members in daily operations.

About you:

• Previous retail, bottle shop or hospitality experience with great product knowledge;
• A current RSA certificate;
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays;
• A friendly attitude and strong communication skills;
• Reliability and the ability to work independently; and
• Physically fit and able to safely lift, carry and move cartons and stock throughout each shift.
