ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our team in Dandenong, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and comprehensive quotation of damaged vehicles, and multiple checks throughout the repair process and final inspection to meet expected delivery timeframes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quotation of vehicles in accordance with Work Provider Requirements
  • Conduct QA inspections to ensure quality repair meets customer expectations
  • Perform final inspections on all vehicles ensuring all repairs are carried out to manufactures specifications and warranty provisions.
  • Carry out road tests and sensor tests where required
  • Assess body shell complaints under consideration of the manufacturer’s specifications and warranty provisions

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the Automotive Industry is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail, provide a high level of customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills being able to deal professionally with insurers, customers, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and achieve service outcomes.
  • Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
