We’re seeking VR GPs with Specialist Registration (FRACGP/FACRRM) who are ready to take on a clinical supervision, mentoring and teaching role in one of our dynamic, multi-clinic general practice environments.

• Directly supervise GP registrars under the Fellowship Support Program or other RACGP training pathways
• Deliver meaningful clinical feedback and coaching in a real-world setting
• Participate in structured assessments, reflective practice, and registrar development

• Administrative and scheduling support for all training-related documentation

Who We’re Looking For:

• GP who has held their Specialist Registration with AHPRA for a minimum of 2 years (FRACGP or FACRRM)
• Interest in teaching and mentoring GP registrars
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster clinical growth
• Willingness to complete RACGP/ACRRM supervisor accreditation (if not yet obtained)
• A commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
